The President said that the Covid-19 positivity rate has fallen below five and urged Kenyans to adhere to Covid rules to ensure the situation in the country stabilises.

Sapit urged Kenyans to get vaccinated to boost their immunity.

“Covid-19 is still here with us and we can only stabilise our health through taking the vaccine,” Sapit said.

He applauded the President for lifting the curfew.

Sapit called for peaceful campaigns and urged Kenyans to prioritise peace and exercise their constitutional right.

The call came on the day Deputy President William Ruto's caravan was pelted with stones and vehicles destroyed during his tour of Busia county.
