Kirinyaga Governor Joseph Ndathi has said he is ready to face his opponents during Jubilee Party nominations next year. Ndathi said he is unperturbed by the entry of former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru in the race.

He urged her not to insult him during rallies but talk to residents, since they are the ones who vote. Ndathi spoke in Kutus town on Wednesday.
