KBF extended the transfer window from February 10 to March 3 following the late conclusion of the first-leg fixtures.

To express interest in a player, the ‘buying’ team is expected to write to the team manager of the player’s current club while copying KBF fixtures secretary Joseph Amoko, vice chairman Hilmi Ali, Angela Luchivya and Moses Wanjara.

“The team manager of the club where the player is domiciled will have a maximum of seven days to accept or reject the transfer request. If this does not happen, the Federation will automatically effect the transfer in the next five,” said Luchivya in a statement.
