The former league champions who were relegated from the top-flight league in 2019, found the back of the net via Hardeep Sigh, Harvir Sigh and Abif Shan in the 13th, 44th and 45th minutes respectively. Allan Odongo, Victor Mwashi and Erick Odendo scored for Parklands.
Mombasa's Mvita edged the Technical University of Kenya (TUK) 2-1. Bill Olong and Ag Kale gave the coastal side maximum points, rendering Tom Mumo's strike a consolation.
High-flying Kenyatta University were too strong for Multimedia University, as they charged past their opponents following a 3-0 win in the Women's Super League.
Monica Kitui and Grace Mugure scored in the opening quarter to give KU a 2-0 advantage heading into halftime. Melody Nyagaka put the result to bed two minutes from time as KU hope to make a quick return to the Premier League.
