Kabarak University is yet to recover its hacked Facebook page.

The page was hacked a week ago by a suspected Indonesian teenager who is now demanding Sh68,000 ransom.

The University associated with one of the churches in the country has been calling for patience as it tries to reclaim the page.

“We regret to inform the public that our official Facebook page has been compromised by a group of cybercriminals. As a result, the criminals are using it to spread malicious and misleading images and information that are contrary to the biblical Christian values of Kabarak University,” a post to the public from Kabarak University says.

But even as the University is trying to reclaim its Facebook page, the suspected hacker has gone overboard posting information that is contrary to the foundation and teaching of the University.

The latest post from the hacker confirms that he is still in full control of the University’s page.

“What if we post a porn video?” he said.
