Makadara MP George Aladwa has said many were disappointed when Azimio Chief Raila Odinga suspended bi-weekly demos.

Aladwa, while speaking on Thursday at the Azimio meeting in Nairobi, urged Raila to bring back the demos.

"We are disappointed when you put the demos on hold. Next time you hold the talks with them, let us continue with the demos," he said.

"Baba people love you. This story of putting issues on hold should be set aside. Let us keep on with the struggle."

Aladwa said even if Azimio selects a committee of 20 people or a million, Kenya Kwanza still won't listen to their demands.

"The language that will be heard is demos," he said.

At the same  time, Aladwa decried poor attendance in the past demos saying

He called for proper coordination to ensure the maximum turnout of their supporters.

"We want to have proper organisation so at the end of the demos we know which of our youth was shot, who was hurt. So that we know how to collect our people who may have been hurt," he said.

Aladwa claimed many Azimio supporters are in support of the resumption of demos.
