Azimio MPs have staged a walkout of House proceedings saying they cannot sanitise illegalities.

The minority side protested the move by the majority party to extend the sittings until the conclusion of the day's business.

The MPs led by Minority leader Opiyo Wandayi and Whip Junet Mohamed said the events were a return of the dark days of the Kanu regime.
