The picture in this tweet was taken in Nigeria in 2020 and not in KenyaA Twitter post claiming that a Kenyan woman aged 64 had given birth to twins in Kisii is FALSE.

A twitter user @eng_mokogoti posted the photo on September 28,2021 with the caption “A 64 year old Patricia Kemunto delivered twins at Kisii teaching and referral hospital”.

The post goes on to further state, “Congratulations to Mama who has broken the Guiness book of recordS for giving birth at the age of 64, especially when her last born is currently 42 years old.”

However a quick search on Google reverse image reveals that the image was actually taken in Nigeria and not Kenya as claimed.

Margaret and her 77-year-old husband Noah Adenuga welcomed twins last year after waiting for 46 years since they got married in 1974.

According to the article published last year, the babies were delivered via caesarian section at 37 weeks at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital(LUTH) and not in Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital.
