Obado case

At the High Court, the murder case facing former Migori Governor Okoth Obado and two others proceeds today.

The case has been going on for the last 9 days.

On Thursday, parties were in court as late as 7 pm with the defense team partially cross-examining the thirty-eighth prosecution witness.

The witness, a taxi driver, testified how he ferried the Late Sharon on the third of September 2018 to a thicket in Homa Bay where she ultimately met her death. She was in the company of other men.

The men, however, told him they had just dropped the late Sharon Otieno at her home only for news to break that she had been found murdered.
