Kenya Kwanza has maintained that nothing outside the law will be discussed during the bipartisan talks.

Speaking on Tuesday at Citizen TV, Senate majority leader Aaron Cheruiyot said Kenya Kwanza has not given ultimatums for discussions.

"We come to this table with open arms and willing to listen to that which is possible we shall do," he said.

"The very firm instructions which I got this morning from our parliamentary group meeting is not to try anything that is outside the confines of the law. That will be the only difficulty that I'll run into."

He added that if things go south, the opposition will not have much to answer because they were not in administration.

"Listening to some of the demands that are coming from our colleagues(Azimio) I do not know of any legal or constitutional provision that will allow me to go into that directory," he said.
