Azimio leader Raila Odinga has chided the government over the heavy deployment of police officers to prevent his convoy from accessing the CBD.
While speaking in Embakasi South, Raila said once he is done doing rounds in the area, he will head to town regardless of the heavy police presence.
"Hatuwezi kutishwa (We can't be intimidated)," he said.
"Hata wakiweka askari ngapi, Azimio itapita. Tunaleta sauti ya ukombozi ya kukomboa Kenya kutoka utawala wa kiimla, utawala ya kimabavu, ya udanganyifu. Tunataka utawala safi, wakenya wanataka ukombozi."

"Tunazunguka sasa tunaelekea kule chini halafu tunarudi huku town."
Raila said Kenyans will not tire until the cost of living is lowered and until they are liberated from what he termed as a dictatorial regime.
A spot check indicated heavy deployment of police officers in Nairobi's Central Business District with armed officers stationed at the Office of the President and Parliament Buildings and Jivanjee Gardens.
Raila, however, said even with the presence of a million officers, he would still make his way to the CBD from Embakasi.
It is the first time Raila is leading his supporters in double weekly demonstrations since he declared last week that demos will henceforth be held on Mondays and Thursdays.
In both demos this week, his convoy has faced resistance from police officers who have barricaded all roads leading to the Central Business District.
Thursday marked the third Azimio mass protest since Raila declared enhanced defiance against the Kenya Kwanza government under President William Ruto.
