Gachagua said the community has for decades been misused for selfish interests yet they are 'intelligent people who should contribute to national development".

"You have the duty your excellency to liberate this Luo community and bring it into mainstream politics of development and prosperity," Gachagua said.

"Part of your legacy, when the time to call it a day has come, is to help the Luo community in development so that they contribute in national development."

The DP regretted that Azimio leader Raila Odinga is pushing his supporters to the streets for demonstrations when they have the best of brains to contribute positively.

"It is extremely unfair to reduce these professionals, these great minds to go to the streets to throw stones and other backward things when they have the brains to contribute to national development."

"Our president don't leave the Luo Nyanza people, tour this area and talk to them, they should be rewarded and given jobs in government."

The DP insisted that during the tenure of President Ruto, the Luo community will not be isolated.

"These are a people who can make a contribution to this country you have a responsibility that in your 10 years you liberate this people into national development and God will reward you."
