Mukurwe-Ini Member of Parliament John Kaguchia has said leaders from Nyanza are likely to decamp from the party due to the current system of events taking place in the Azimio coalition.

Speaking to Citizen TV on Thursday, the MP said that a faction of leaders affiliated with ODM and the Azimio coalition are tired of the antics used by those in charge, and that will lead to break-away camps forming in the party.

“What is going to happen is that because the people are getting so tired of these antics, these old antics that have been used before, people are getting very tired,” Kaguchia said.

“The leaders from Nyanza, ODM leaders and also the friendly parties are going to say enough is enough and are going to chart their way forward.”

He said that he is anticipating that in time, the major issue that will combat the party is looking for a leader who will take the place of Raila Odinga.

“The biggest challenge we’re going to have in the next coming days is how to get an alternative leader to Raila Odinga and what you’re going to see is many leaders are now going to start rallying around different political leaders,” he said.

He lauded Azimio MPs who have taken the step to change route and focus on service delivery to Kenyans.
