Attorney General Justin Muturi to be sworn in as a commissioner of the Judicial Service Commission at Supreme Court at 8:00 am.

The even will be presided by Chief Justice Martha Koome.

Gladys Chania to undergo mental test ahead of Trial 

Former Kiambu Woman Representative aspirant Gladys Chania will on Tuesday undergo mental assessment  ahead of Trial on husband's Death.

The prosecution had  told the court that before taking a plea, Chania would be subjected to a psychiatrist test at Mathari Mental Hospital  to determine if she is of sound mind.

Senate Health committee inquiry

The Senate Standing Committee on Health will at 10:00 am meet with the family to the Late Maureen Anyango, a mother who lost her life due to alleged negligence while delivering twins at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital.

The committee at 11.00 am will also  meet with Mrs. Ruth, mother to the Late Edward Otieno who lost his life to alleged negligence at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital following a road traffic accident.

The Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) taskforce will continue with its public hearings on the programme , in an exercise that is expected to run for two weeks across all counties.
