The newly renovated Hotel Boulevard by the banks of the Nairobi River and just a stone throw away from the Nairobi Museum is ready to serve the city again.

After 45 years in the hospitality business, Hotel Boulevard has not only built a household name in Nairobi but also exceedingly made a long-lasting legacy of high quality, extra mile and phenomenal service to clients since the 70s.

Previously opened by European management, it is now under new ownership and ready to relaunch.

In the words of the famous Maya Angelou, “If you are going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark in the world that can’t be erased,” Hotel Boulevard did exactly that and after running a product for this long, calls for a makeover as times are evolving.

After nine extensive months of retouching, renovation and refurbishment, it has uniquely been facelifted and curated in terms of infrastructure, components and design to be the hub of culture, style and cuisine.

The previous French set-up and structure has been revamped into the exotic blend of city and boutique hotel offering a rare set of unbeatable natural scenic atmosphere and pristine ambience, well coupled with meticulous rustic and contemporary decor which is just perfect to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle.

It offers an inimitable Boulevard setting with a range of fine dining venues to suit all moods such as a refurbished indoor green theme restaurant with ambient lighting, outdoor patios, a bistro set up, intimate private cabanas, retractable skylights, exquisite poolside deck, vintage styled outdoor and a well-stocked sports bar.

With flawless and immaculate refurbishment, Hotel Boulevard similarly kept up concerning products and services, by integrating new things starting with the Live Kitchen which is an open Italian kitchen with live masonry (brick oven), predominantly serving Italian Cuisine and different blends of international cuisine on the grab and go format.

This twist gives a one-of-a-kind, one on one experience between the chef and the client as they get to see and experience the thrill of culinary arts.

One simply cannot miss espying the impeccable and luxurious cabanas which are perfect for private, fine dining and an all-inclusive experience which has been curated to attract more upscale and ultra-net-worth clients.

It is the inception of a new and upscale setting in Nairobi, called Social Grill Concept.

The cabanas are the highlight of the beautiful green outdoor space bordering the National Museum giving a special touch to the boutique setting.

To give a next-level experience to the city, the 70 guest rooms have been comprehensively renovated to give the client the best experience.

They have been well put together for you to enjoy the elegance and spacious rooms designed in warm cream and orange tones.

All rooms have an unlocking system to ensure security and a sitting place to enjoy a nice cup of tea.

All three floors have a lounge tailored to meet the residents and non-residents needs to relax, read a book or enjoy a moment of peace.

For residents, it costs Sh9,900 for a single and Sh12,900 for a double. As for non-residents, a single, bed and breakfast, costs $125 (Sh15,175) while a double costs $165 (Sh20,031).

Additionally, they have given a facelift to the reception and entrance areas, compound and garden designs to give a rejuvenating experience.

By the pool, they are coming up with entertainment space, a somewhat open-air theater set up, which gives room to participate in cultural activities, scenic nights, and displays on the screen enhancing the theater sophistication.

Whereas most of the components are going to be new, the bar remains to be the most outstanding piece as it has retained the same structure.

It has barely been distorted because people have a feeling of nostalgia just thinking about the legacy and memories it holds.

However, to create more memories, a few touch-ups have been done.

It offers a variety of drinks and happy hour with a speciality in the Mixed Berry Mojito, which seals the deal.

Their food and beverage menu extensity and diversity are the definitions of relish all-day.

The meals in the reimagined Boulevard restaurant offer a combination of formidable fusion in contemporary international cuisines together with regional delicacies.

Some blinks of diversified inclusive gastronomy consist of Afro-Asiatic Fusion, Intercontinental Grill, Fusion food Barbeque, Indian Cuisine and Italian Pizzeria which is anomalous but also not sporadic because of using the most authentic manner, exactly how the cuisine is meant to be.

This diversified food offering makes it a complementary setting and unique product which is unrestricted to one segment but blends concepts that are all-inclusive and friendly to all.

By being a hybrid kind of hotel with a boutique atmosphere, its vision is to become a benchmarking hotel having a diversified range of food and beverages services and seamlessly continue the legacy that was started 45 years ago.

Soon enough, it will be placed in the particular category of a boutique segment as the best hotel in the town.

Join Hotel Boulevard in continuing its legacy, making many more memories and getting to experience the hub of culture, style and cuisine.
