Ruto, Rachel meet Tanzania's Zabron singers

President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel on Wednesday met with the Zabron Singers at State House, Nairobi.

The group first held talks with Rachel before they posed for a picture.

The Tanzanian choir is famed for their popular songs Mkono wa Bwana, Usiniache and Sweetie Sweetie.

The choir was among the many artists who performed during President William Ruto's inauguration at Kasarani on Tuesday, September 13.

The meeting came a day after Ruto's swearing-in.

Among their biggest releases is the album Mkono wa Bwana which has Sweetie Sweetie, Nakutuma Wimbo, Imenigharimu, Nawapenda, Nitaweza, Sikiachi Tena and Sio Bure.

Other songs are Hujanitenga, Lushiku, Nitasubiri and Mpiga Kinanda.
