Low turn out was also reported at Amani primary which has 11 polling stations.
A total of 7,073 registered voters are expected to vote the 11 polling stations but so far every polling stations have reported atleast 26 people since the stations were opened at 6am.
Polling officers says they hope to receive more voters during the day but they will not meet the target.
