Commissioners who ran 2022 elections

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission comprises of seven commissioners including the chair.

The 2022 elections was led by four new commissioners and four old ones who managed the 2017 elections.

However, the election has divided the commission down in the middle.

While Chair Chebukati, commissioners Boya Molu and Abdi Yakub Guliye appear to be on one side, the others Juliana Cherera(Chairperson), commissioners Francis Wanderi, Irene Masit and Justus Nyang'aya seem to have taken a different side.

This after the four united to dismiss the results announced by Chebukati on Monday which declared William Ruto president-elect.
