Raila heads to Makueni as Ruto hosts economic forum in Nairobi

DP Ruto and Raila have scaled up their campaigns with teams stationed in different regions across the country selling their agendas.

Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga will on Tuesday return to the Ukambani region for another of his campaigns.

This comes a day after he toured Kisii County where he attended a funeral and later commissioned several projects by the county government.

Raila will be accompanied by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and governorship aspirant Mutula Kilonzo among other leaders from the region.

The former Prime minister is expected to hold a series of rallies in Mtito Andei, Kibwezi Township, Nunguni and Kikima areas where he will take the opportunity to sell his plan for the country.

Deputy President William Ruto is also expected to host another of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance economic forums in Nairobi.

This follows a meeting with university dons which was held at his Karen residence on Monday.
