Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has said that only a William Ruto and Martha Karua ticket will save Kenyan politics from dynastic domination.

In a statement on Tuesday, Kuria said that their ticket will give hope to millions of Kenyans.

The legislator urged the Narc Kenya leader to choose a side, adding that if she does not choose his side, they will still be friends.

"Pick a side and put on your Jersey. I look forward to an imminent Ruto-Karua ticket to save this country from eternal dynastic domination and give hope to millions of children who went to school barefooted. If you decide otherwise you will remain my sister, my senior and my friend," Kuria said on Facebook.

The Gatundu South MP's words came after Karua, during an interview with NTV, said the One Kenya Alliance collapsed as soon as partner parties signed a deal with Azimio la Umoja.

She, however, said that does not stop her from negotiating with any other coalition.

"Our partners have negotiated and feel like the deal is good, we can't stop them from proceeding. We made it clear when we signed the deal that it was not a prison. If our partners have gone before us, it is their right, when our time comes, we will do that which will suit us," Karua said.

Kuria, Karua and The Service Party's Mwangi Kiunjuri formed part of the Mt Kenya Unity Forum, where Karua was chosen as the group's spokesperson.

Kuria and Kiunjuri have openly declared support for Deputy President William Ruto while Karua has kept people guessing about which side she will join between Ruto's Kenya Kwanza Alliance and Raila Odinga's Azimio la Umoja.

Karua insists that the doors to joining either of the two coalitions are still open even as she still has her eyes set on the Kirinyaga Governor seat.

The Narc Kenya leader had initially signed a cooperation agreement with the One Kenya Alliance.
