DCI detectives have launched a manhunt for a woman suspected to have killed her husband following a domestic brawl in Nakuru County.

The 35-year-old woman is said to have fled her matrimonial home in  Tayari village after committing the crime.

Police found the lifeless body of Frederick Gichini sprawled on the bed.

The 52-year-old is believed to have returned home drunk before a fight ensued.

Police who arrived at the scene said Gichini’s body bore injuries on the head and blood was oozing from his mouth.

Allegedly, three pieces of wood believed to have been the murder weapons were also recovered.

Detectives are following crucial leads that may lead to the arrest of the suspect, who fled with two of her three children.
