Deputy President William Ruto on Wednesday presented a bus and laid a foundation for the construction of a school in Murang'a county.
Ruto presented a bus to Ngurweini Secondary School in Kandara accompanied by other UDA party officials.
During the presentation, Ruto shared his Uchumi Kwanza message with the residents.
He was in the company of ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi and a Kandara MP Alice Wahome and a host of MPs, MCAs and aspirants.
"We must keep investing in our children," Ruto said.

Ruto has been traversing the Mt Kenya region ahead of the August elections.
On Monday, he took his 2022 presidential campaign to Nyeri where he sold his bottom-up economic model.
The DP unveiled his county-specific deliberations which he said seek to feed into the grand plan to revolutionise Kenya’s economy.
Ruto spoke to small-medium size traders from Nyeri and asked them to keep him accountable for all his promises.
"We said we are going to change the national conversation to one centred on the people and their aspirations,” he said.
