Man lures three-year-old girl with biscuits, defiles her in Kibera

A man has been charged with luring a three-year-old minor with biscuits and defiling her using his fingers.

Richard Otieno was charged with defiling MK in Kibera, Nairobi on March 24.

The accused person was charged with the second count of committing indecent act with the child.

Otieno pleaded guilty to the charges before quickly changing his mind and denied the charges after he was warned of the hefty fine associated with the offence.

Kibera senior principal magistrate Derrick Kuto released him on Sh500,000 and  cash bail of the same.

The magistrate directed the matter to be mentioned on April 9.
