Kericho police watched helplessly on Tuesday as matatu operators barricaded a highway to protest chaos over Miguna MIguna's stay in police custody.

Hell broke loose when a crowd in Awasi stoned Eldoret-bound matatus on Kericho-Kisumu highway. This was in

demonstration against the government's arrest of the lawyer and Nasa politician.

Miguna attended Nasa boss Raila Odinga's 'swearing-in' as the people's president and stamped the documents on January 30.
