The High Court has directed Lawyer Miguna Miguna be released on a Sh 50,000 cash bail.

Judge James Wakiaga certifying as urgent an application Miguna filed through lawyer John Khaminwa on Friday said the order should, however, be personally served to Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinett for the orders to be effected.

The order thus puts Miguna's release at stake as Star has established the IG is currently in a closed-door meeting with security chiefs.
