The trial of an administrator at the DPP's office,
who is facing
abuse of office charges and Sh7.9m theft,
is set for November 15, 16 and 21.
The DPP Nordin Haji
made the announcement via Twitter on Tuesday.
William Osoro, a senior principal administrative
officer,
was
first
arraigned on September 1.
"He was charged with stealing fuel and lubricants worth Sh7.9 million, the property of Office of the DPP using unauthorized fuel card," the DPP tweeted.
Appearing before Milimani court chief magistrate Lawrence Muigambi, he denied the charges and was released on a Sh600,000 cash bail.
The prosecution has lined up 16 witnesses for the hearing.
