Lenku brings new blood after mini-reshuffle of Kajiado chief officers

Kajiado governor Joseph Lenku has effected changes in his administration in a fresh effort to improve service delivery.

The changes announced on Wednesday saw some officers confirmed to new positions.

Public Service chief officer Neema Naleku Loitu was named the new chief of staff.

She replaces Rachel Shibalira who was appointed late last year.

Joshua Loitai is the new chief officer in charged of administration and citizen participation.

Roads chief officer Sankaire Tima was

moved to the Tourism docket which was held by Grace Saitoti.

The latter is now chief officer for trade while Lekina Koinari took over at the Roads docket.

Christine Jaji is the new Gender chief officer while Leonard Leakey Ritei was confirmed to the Agriculture docket.

Governor Lenku said the changes are meant to boost service delivery.

The changes take effect immediately.
