Miguna en route to Nairobi, Raila waiting at High Court

Kajiado resident magistrate Edwin Mulochi has ruled that Miguna Miguna be taken to Nairobi High Court as he requested.

Mulochi ordered that Miguna be produced at 3pm on Tuesday. Reports indicate he is on the way there.

Opposition leaders led by Nasa chief Raila Odingaand Siaya senator James Orengo are waiting at the court.

Earlier, the self-proclaimed National Resistant Movement general Miguna was charged at a Kajiado court.

This was revealed by the assistant DPP Nicholas Mutuku in the High Court in Nairobi on Tuesday days after Miguna was arrested and held in secret.

The police charge sheet stated the lawyer was liable for consenting to Nasa leader Raila Odinga's oath and attending the ceremony at Uhuru Park on January 30.
