Adalla noted on Tuesday that Ruto fought to make Raila Odinga the second Prime Minister in Kenya and Uhuru the President and that he cemented former President Daniel Moi's presidency in 1992 under Youth for Kanu wing.

"The son of Sugoi gave Baba (Raila) a title 'arap Mibei' among the Kalenjin nation and delivered victory to him but he let it be stolen in 2007."

Raila, who is ODM leader, and Wiper's Kalonzo Musyoka are planning their swearing in as leaders of the People's Republic of Kenya.

They have rejected outcomes of the August 8 and October 26 presidential elections and are leading a resistance under the National Super Alliance.

The two and co-principals Moses Wetang'ula (Bungoma Senator, Ford Kenya) and Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) havetermed him "illegitimate leader". They are pushing for electoral reforms through products boycotts and protests. One of the four coalition's principals is likely to be Ruto's main challenger in 2022.

More on this:

Adalla said the DP expressed loyalty to Raila and opted not to wreck ODM from within despite the NASA chief "going back on their pr-eelection agreement in 2007, which was to see Ruto become the Prime Minister."

But Raila said Ruto wanted "a ministry with many parastatals" and that he gave him the Agriculture docket.

The Opposition leader said this shortly before the October 26 poll when he noted that Ruto pushed for a coalition government.

Adalla said the former Eldoret North law-maker joined Uhuru and delivered the presidency despite ICC cases on crimes against humanity during the 2007/8 post-election violence.

"History also illustrates how he played a key role in President Moi's re-election under Youth for Kanu umbrella," he said.

"Our DP is owed a debt by the three major political families - The Kenyattas, Mois and Odingas - that is, the Kikuyu, Kalenjin and Luo nation."

Adalla who lost Nyali seat said the DP has exhibited "extreme loyalty, resilience, focus, consistency, mobilization skills" to move Kenya forward.

Ruto and Uhuru agreed he will take over in 2022. The DP, said

he is ready to face either one of the principals in the race to State House. Several leaders - including Governors Alfred Mutua (Machakos), Hassan Joho (Mombasa) and Amason Kingi (Kilifi) have declared interest in the seat.

In his Facebook post, Adalla said

Ruto has built himself a network of a new brand of leaders who will stop at nothing to deliver the presidency.

"Ruto is the man to watch in 2022," the former NASA-leaning politician said.
