Harambee Stars took an early lead in the CECAFA final against Zanzibar as Ochieng Ovella scored in the sixth minute.
But the opposition managed to score a goal in the 87th minute leading to a 1-1 draw.
The match, which is going into 30 minutes of extra time, is being played at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos county.
