A suspected thug was on Wednesday evening shot dead along Kangundo Road, near the Mama Lucy hospital.
Police recovered a pistol,
a stolen
vehicle,
police ID card, handcuffs and a pair of number plates.
Police say the suspect was escaping after a botched robbery in the area.
Earlier in the day, three other suspects were shot dead in Kayole in another botched robbery.
The gang had broken into a club in the area and stolen cash and other valuables.
They were shot dead as they escaped.
