The 2016 Asian Weekly Achievers Awards (TAWAA) took place on Saturday night at the Lions Hall, Loresho.
Transformed into a glittering space, the great decor set the pace for what turned out to be an amazing event.
Winners of the night included Radio Africa Group presenter Vikash Pattni (best male emcee) and chief marketing officer Caroline Mutoko (best female emcee).
Present were Indian High Commissioner Suchitra Durai, Victoria Commercial Bank MD Yogesh Pattni and Chandarana Supermarket director Dipan Thakkar.
It was a triple celebration as not only were the awards held, the Asian Weekly unveiled a new look and Greenstorm Media launched their new weekly publication, The Sunday.
