Senate deputy whip Beatrice Elachi on Saturday urged the Coast to vote for Jubilee Party.
She said the Coast, just like Western,

has always voted for the opposition and their votes have never yielded fruit.
The nominated senator spoke during the commissioning of a slaughterhouse at London Kazuri Crocodile Farm in Kakoneni, Malindi.
She said Cord is always talking about problems without offering solutions.
“In Western we were in ODM but nothing happened. Let’s try elsewhere,” Elachi said. The senator, who is eying the Dagoreti parliamentary seat in Nairobi county, said Cord leaders are playing party politics for personal gain.
Elachi told Kenyans to pray for the country for a peaceful election. She said youth should not die for defending politicians who want to achieve their personal interests.
“Other leaders have already started. Religion should not divide us. We need peace throughout the country,’’ Elachi said. She said the health crisis will only be solved through unity.
