The appointment of Jonah Orumoi (pictured) as Tourism Finance Corporation acting CEO has been challenged in court.

Activist Patrick Njuguna yesterday filed an application at the High Court, saying Orumoi’s appointment by Tourism CS Najib Balala was irregular and unlawful. Njuguna said Balala failed to abide by the procedures provided in the Tourism Act 2011.
