Konoin MP Sammy Koech has said the health function should be reverted to the national government. He said most counties are incapable of managing it.
The MP said the function is “too delicate” to be left under county governments. He said shortage of drugs and frequent health workers strikes is enough proof that counties are incapable of running it.
