The most surprising thing that happened to me is.......being appointed executive in Turkana county.

One of my worst childhood fears was.......................falling sick. I contracted anthrax from someone who held me in his hands. I nearly died but God saved my life.

My ideal night out is..........with friends chatting all night.

In another life I’d have been.........a politician. I worked as an executive secretary for Knut in Turkana.

If I was a politician, I would......bring people together to create harmony.

The best age to be is...........50. One is stable. It is also a sober age when one has established true friends and you don’t rush to make decisions.

The best part of my job is.......when I dialogue and make decisions from discussions.

My lowest point of misery was.........when I lost my wife in a road crash in 2004. She left me with young children. It was a trying moment.

Historical figure I most identify with...........anti-apartheid icon and former South African Nelson Mandela.

Living person I most identify with............lawyer PLO Lumumba for his fight against corruption.

My favourite writer is............Nikolai Gogol author of The Government Inspector.

My greatest achievement is.......being able to educate my children up to university.

My greatest possession is..........my family.

If I was to die in five minutes, my last words would be.........Do what is right at the right time
