If you need to purchase Kenya Power prepaid tokens, you will have to do it at the company's banking halls.
In the past few days, Kenya Power's prepaid customers have been experiencing delays in receiving electricity tokens.
Through a short message service, KPLC has acknowledged and apologised for the delay and urged customers to visit their offices instead.

“Please bear with us as we resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused,” read the text message.
The uproar was mainly on social media by consumers who use virtual wallets like M-Pesa to buy their tokens.
This is not the first time the company has been on the spot over the same.
