Police examinations that were to start on Thursday have been cancelled following mass leakage.

All police officers must write the law examinations to be promoted to the next rank.

They are expected to pass tests on the Penal Code, Evidence Act, the Criminal Procedure Code, local Acts, station administration and police work.

All the five papers by the National Police Service had been leaked by Wednesday.

Investigations indicate the leakage could have taken place at Kiganjo where the tests were to be printed.
