Seven Jubilee MPs have claimed that guns found at businessman Jimmy Wanjigi's home may have been used to shoot people during NASA demonstrations.

Firearms and bullets were found in a raid on Monday at a Malindi believed to be the billionaire's.

At his Muthaiga home in Nairobi on Tuesday, Recce Squad officers found seven guns - though said to be licensed.

Police have not released official reports following the incidents and Wanjigi has obtained a court order temporarily blocking police and the DPP from arresting him.

This is until October 19 when a case he filed will be heard and determined.

Opposition politicians have accused police of profiling people for killings but police have denied these claims. Police have also denied Amnesty International's report that at least 33 people were killed folling the August 8 general election.

The 37-page report titled '' was released on Monday.

But the Jubilee MPs, who did not give evidence, claimed NASA is behind killings that have occurred during the sustained demonstrations for reforms at IEBC.

They told a press conference at Parliament Buildings that the shootings

are meant to

escalate the demonstrations into a disaster.

Wambugu Ngunjiri (Nyeri Town)

said he is "convinced the Opposition is politically cannibalising its own supporters and just laying the blame on police so as to delegitimise the institutions".

This, he said is meant to radicalise their supporters to take arms against police and result in public disorder.

"We believe NASA is shooting innocent people in its own strongholds, to build antipathy towards the state and the state security officers, and thus undermine police capacity for maintaining law and order.

"[This] works towards creating the crisis and panic NASA needs to create an environment to negotiate a coalition government."

Ngunjiri was with

Peter Kihara (Mathioya), Catherine Waruguru (Laikipia woman representative), Purity Ngirici (Kirinyaga woman MP), John Kiarie (Dagoreti South), Moses Kirima (Central Imenti) and Fatuma Gedi (Wajir woman MP).

They called for the arrest and prosecution of Opposition leaders leading demonstrations.

NASA chiefs Raila Odinga (ODM), Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC) and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang'ula (Ford Kenya) have not taken part in protests and have said Kenyans will fight for their rights.

NASA supporters in different parts have been leading the mass action. Among them are Siaya Senator James Orengo, Kisumu Governor Anyang' Nyong'o and Mombasa Deputy Governor William Kingi.

The Jubilee Party leaders said the protests are no longer peaceful, and in line with what the constitution permits, as they

have turned into riots and seen the destruction of property.

"The constitution defines a demonstrator as someone protesting against an issue peacefully and while unarmed. This is a person who has a right to demonstrate in Kenya. The people NASA is calling out to streets are neither peaceful nor unarmed," Ngirici said.

"They are carrying crude weapons and stones, robbing and harassing other Kenyans not involved in the demonstrations and destroying property."

Kiarie, popularly known as comedian KJ, told off some of the jubilee election losers, who called on Sunday for President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition chief Raila Odinga to dialogue.

He said it is too late for talks and that "the only genuine dialogue will take place in the repeat presidential election set for next week".

He questioned Raila for moving around the country to call for anti-IEBC protests "when he should be using the same energy o campaign".
