    Several countries have been rated by the AlTi (Global Social Progress) Index as the most improved countries in Essential Health Services since 2011.

    Eswatini leads global improvement in Essential Health Services, with a score gain of 35.07 points since 2011.

    Zambia is the second most improved, gaining 27.13 points in essential health services over the same period.

    Zimbabwe also posted strong gains, improving by 24.74 points in its Essential Health Services score.

    Kenya is among the top 10 most improved, increasing its Essential Health Services score by 19.98 points since 2011.
