The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced
41 job vacancies across five cadres, inviting applications from suitably
qualified Kenyans.
The Authority said that the positions are on permanent and
pensionable terms of service.
In a statement on Monday, KeNHA said the vacancies include
27 posts for Engineer (Roads) at Grade 7, two posts for Information
Communication Technology (ICT) Officer II at Grade 8, one post for Human
Resource Management Officer II at Grade 8, 10 posts for Driver III at Grade 11,
and one post for Office Assistant I at Grade 10.
KeNHA noted that interested candidates should download and
complete the official job application form from its website, www.kenha.co.ke.
They should attach copies of their National Identity Card,
curriculum vitae, academic and professional certificates, and testimonials.
Detailed job descriptions and requirements are also
available on the Authority’s website.
Applications must be received by December 29, 2025 at 5 pm.
The Authority said that only shortlisted candidates will be invited for
interviews, and canvassing will result in automatic disqualification.
The Authority stated that shortlisted candidates will be
required to meet the leadership and integrity requirements set out in Chapter
Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
During interviews, candidates will be expected to present
clearance certificates from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, the
Kenya Revenue Authority, the Higher Education Loans Board or proof of ongoing
repayments, the National Police Service (Certificate of Good Conduct), and the
Credit Reference Bureau.
These documents, KeNHA said, will not be required at the
point of application.
KeNHA reaffirmed that it is an equal opportunity employer

The Authority specified that applications clearly quoting
the reference number should be hand-delivered and placed in the recruitment box
located on the second floor outside the Human Resource Management Department.
KeNHA is a statutory body established under the Kenya Roads Act of 2007 and inaugurated in September 2008.
It is responsible for the development, rehabilitation, management and maintenance of all National Trunk Roads comprising of Class S, A, and B roads.
It is headquartered in Nairobi and has ten regional offices and three corridor management offices.
KeNHA was certified ISO 9001: 2008 in July 2013 and was recertified to ISO 9001: 2015 in September 2018.
It is also in charge of all weigh bridge installations.
