official? Sources suggest that a former official, who has long been at odds
with the current state officer, is at the centre of the effort. The man
recently met with several officers and reportedly urged them to take
disciplinary action against the official, accusing him of allegedly turning the government
entity into his personal fiefdom. He further alleges that the officer is
colluding with powerful political figures to siphon millions of shillings.
