publicly revealed the existence of a deep-rooted extortion racket within the august House.
The visibly shaken lawmaker warned that the
President’s remarks might have been directed
at their committee, which has supposedly
been grilling senior officials from various state
agencies.

the funds. The MCA’s whereabouts remain
unknown and his phone has been switched off
for nearly a week.

state officers fell flat. The legislator had reportedly sought to question the officials over the
performance of a function that is reportedly
outside the mandate of his committee. However, the state officers blatantly ignored both
his invitations and formal summonses. According to insiders, the lawmaker had purportedly
hoped to pocket substantial kickbacks from
the officers, assuming they would pay to avoid
being compelled to appear.
