Former IEBC boss Wafula Chebukati is currently appearing before the Aggrey Muchelule-led panel probing the four suspended IEBC commissioners.
The tribunal, which is holding its sittings at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development resumed its sittings on Monday.
Former vice chairperson commissioner Julina Cherera and commissioners Francis Wanderi and Justus Nyang'aya opted to resign in December after Parliament approved a petition to have the President form a tribunal to probe their conduct.
