The recruitment drive targets
qualified, dynamic and self-driven individuals to support the agency expanding
mandates in financing higher education.
It is seeking to hire 32 candidates
across senior, mid-level and entry-level positions as part of efforts to
strengthen operations, improve customer service and enhance digital
transformation.
According to the agency, successful
applicants “will join a highly performing team” and must be “passionate,
innovative, dependable and emotionally intelligent”.
Among the most senior positions
advertised is the director of operations (one post), alongside several deputy
directors in debt management, ICT infrastructure, business applications,
corporate communication, supply chain and research and planning.
Helb is also recruiting assistant
directors in ICT, customer experience, legal services, internal audit,
accounting and resource mobilisation.
Other vacancies include principal
officers, Internal audit officer I, assistant customer experience officers and
two driver positions.
Applicants are required to submit a
cover letter, curriculum vitae, certified academic and professional
certificates and testimonials by February 16.

The Kenya Accountants and
Secretaries National Examinations Board (Kasneb), a State corporation under the
National Treasury, has also announced nine vacancies as part of its efforts to
strengthen curriculum development, examination management, accreditation and
research.
The positions range from directors
to deputy directors and senior ICT officers.
The agency is recruiting directors
for curriculum and test development, examinations management, accreditation and
quality assurance, and research and business development. Additional vacancies
include deputy directors for human resource management, research and innovation
and legal services as well as two senior ICT officers specialiSing in microsoft
nav and portals.

“The application letter must
clearly indicate the “Reference Number” of the position applied for and be

Nairobi, Kenya,” Kasneb said.
Required documents include
certified academic and professional certificates, a detailed CV with three
referees, and a copy of the National ID.
Successful candidates will be
required to provide all Chapter Six clearances before appointment.
Kasneb emphasised that canvassing
will lead to automatic disqualification and warned that submitting forged
documents is a criminal offence.
The agency also reiterated its
commitment to diversity, calling on qualified women, youth, marginalised groups
and persons with disabilities, including those with valid NCPWD membership
cards, to apply.
Both recruitment drives underscore
ongoing efforts by key State agencies to professionalise their operations and
enhance efficiency in public service delivery.
