As part of its nationwide Christmas campaign themed “The World Needs More Santas,” the beverage giant delivered a lively, surprise-packed celebration aimed at spreading joy and reminding Kenyans of the power of small acts of kindness during the holiday season.
The activation formed part of Coca-Cola’s broader festive rollout, which kicked off on November 22 with the Coca Cola Christmas Caravan launch and an official tree-lighting ceremony.

media partners, joined in the caravan media storm earlier in the week, building
anticipation for the season-long campaign.

At Radio Africa Group, the Coca Cola team arrived in high spirits, stepping into the building in red, Christmas-themed outfits that instantly turned heads.
Leading the crew was Victor, dressed as a classic Santa Claus complete with a red cap, white beard and a Coke-branded T-shirt.
Slinging a large red sack over his shoulder, he set the tone for the festive storm that followed.
The group burst into the newsroom singing and dancing, disrupting the ordinarily intense newsroom atmosphere.
What had moments earlier been a quiet, deadline-driven environment quickly transformed into a spontaneous celebration.
Even those deeply engrossed in their work found themselves rising from their desks, joining the rhythmic dancing encouraged by the Coke team’s infectious energy.
Music filled the air as staff and visitors broke into laughter, claps and dance, momentarily forgetting the pressure of the news cycle.
The Coke team passed around a portable speaker that kept the room alive with festive tunes, turning the workplace into an impromptu Christmas party.
Adding to the fun, Coca Cola kicked off a spontaneous dance
competition.

Haki, the event’s MC, kept the energy high throughout the activation.
At the height of the celebration, she extended an open invitation to the staffers and broader public, announcing that the Coca Cola Christmas Caravan would host a major gathering the next day at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
“We will be celebrating tomorrow, Saturday, November 22, at KICC from 4pm. All are invited—and Khaligraph Jones will be there,” she declared.
The event at Radio Africa Group marked one of several stops Coca Cola is making as part of its seasonal campaign, designed to "inspire Kenyans to embrace acts of kindness, big and small," according to the company’s holiday message.
Through surprise office activations, media collaborations and public concerts, the company aims to reignite the magic of Christmas and spread joy across the country.
For Radio Africa staff, the unexpected visit delivered exactly that—a much-needed moment of levity, community and festive delight to close out the year.
