In Summary
Several areas in four counties will experience scheduled power interruptions on Monday, Kenya Power has announced.
Kenya Power listed the counties as Bomet, Homa Bay, Embu and Nyamira.
In Bomet County, the blackouts will be at Kiptagich Town from 8am to 5pm.
The areas affected include Kapket Market, Cheptuech, Chepnyalilo, Saoset, Kimugul, Tibwalo, F.K Sang, Konoin and Irongo.
Others are Wamkong Market, Emitik, Sukutek, Arorwet Sec, Tachasis T/Fact, Kiptagich Town, Kiptagich T/Fact and adjacent customers.
In Homa Bay County, the interruptions will be at Oriang, Oyombe and Wipap areas, from 8am to 5pm.
The areas will also include Oriang, Nyakech, Kamolo, Dunga, Wimagak, Oyombe, Wipap, Obunga, Ambassida, Kowuor Orlando, Bongia, Ongang and adjacent customers.
In Embu County, Kamugu and Kivwe areas will be affected.
Power will be interrupted from 8 am to 5 pm, at Kamugu, Itira, Karambari, Kathanje, Michegethiu, Kivwe and Rwagori.
Others are Gathoge, Kirie, Kianjogu, Mukororia, Kandomba, Nguthi and adjacent customers.
In Nyamira County, power will be out at Makairo and Sanganyi from 8 am to 5 pm.
The areas include Sanganyi Factory, Nyaramba Market, Kiabonyoru Boys, Isinta Market, Nyagokiani Sec, Enkinda and adjacent customers.
