Doctors on Friday came out to protest over the posting of interns by the Ministry of Health.

The doctors carried placards and chanted songs as they walked around Upper Hill.

They wore white lab coats and blue disposable scrub capes.

Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union secretary general Davji Atellah claimed the union has in the past held meetings with the government but the commitments arrived at had never been implemented.
