Trans Nzoia rocked Inspired 54-21 in a Kenya Handball Federation (KHF) league clash at Nyayo National Stadium.
The Kitale-based side showed they could compete against the best as they roared off to a 26-10 halftime difference and never looked back showing their authority from all fronts.
Daniel Nhando showed the way with a game-high 10 goals. Brian Etyang and Kevin Wasike nagged nine goals each while Collins Simiyu and Dan Ngoni also hit seven a piece in that win.
In their second game of the day, the visitors turned on the heat-whipping Buccaneers Junior 44-24 after taking a deserved 25-14 lead at halftime
Ngoni led the tally as he recorded 15 goals, Wasike managed nine while Ibrahim Ndee also got his name onto the scoring sheet with six. Ephrahim Emongor bagged the losers' nine goals.
The team picked up six points from four games as they also beat Spartan 36-31 as Simiyu shot up eight goals, Ngoni seven and Etyang six in that win.
However, it was not all roses as they were brought down 32-27 by Nanyuki in their second game. Etyang shot eight goals and Wasike tallied seven in that loss.
In the other matches, Black Mamba torched the Spartans 36-14 after a 17-7 halftime cushion. Charles Marema shot seven goals and Morgan Juma five for Mamba. Ancent Mwenda had six.
Buccaneers Juniors suffered another 50-20 loss at the hands of Strathmore University who had 15 goals from Kelvin Kasalu, seven from Eshito Situma, and six from Michael Otieno.
The losers were pepped by Ephrahim Emongoi who provided their 11 goals with Stanley Ngechi adding four.
