Nigerian superstar Joeboy has expressed disappointment after his performance at the Nairobi Afro Jam Festival on Saturday.
Thanking his Kenyan fans for showing up and bringing positive energy to the event, the Sip (Alcohol) singer noted that the sound was pathetic. Via his Instagram, Joeboy posted:
"Thank you, Kenya! Sound was s*** but your energy was lit as always."
He added: "And to the drunk guitarist, f*** you for playing rubbish."
Joeboy performed at the event alongside Kenya's Nikita Kering, at The Hub, Karen.
Speaking to Kiss online, Joe said he came to Kenya since he has a huge fan base in the country.
"We artistes go where we have been shown tremendous love."
Joeboy was the first recipient of Mr Eazi’s Sh30 million Empawa100 fund.
